Upside-Down - Master the handstand

HANDSTAND CLASSES

Join our fun weekly class and kickstart or progress your handstand skills. We will work on all the basics - strength, technique, flexibility, and balance - and will play with different variations, arm balances, and inversions. 

 

You'll become comfy upside-down, better understand your body, and learn to fall safely. And as a bonus, strengthening your shoulders, core, and wrists while improving your flexibility and proprioception will do wonders to your bouldering game.
