STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Bei Stornierungen einer online gebuchten und bezahlten Aktivität fallen unabhängig des zeitlichen Vorlaufs grundsätzlich die Kosten für die Akzeptanz der Onlinezahlung an. Diese beträgt zur Zeit 2,39% des Zahlbetrages zzgl. der 0,35€ Buchungskosten des Portalbetreiber.
Bei Stornierungen bis 14 Tagen vor dem Datum der gebuchten Aktivität fallen keine weiteren Stornogebühren an, ab 14 Tage vor dem Datum werden 50% des Preises als Stornogebühr einbehalten oder in Rechnung gestellt. Bei Absagen 48 Stunden oder weniger vor Beginn oder bei Fernbleiben werden 100% des Preises einbehalten oder in Rechnung gestellt. Stornierungen müssen schriftlich erfolgen und können per E-Mail an info@bertablock.de geschrieben werden. Eine telefonische Stornierung ist nicht ausreichend, sie kann ergänzend vorgenommen werden, um den fristgerechten Eingang der schriftlichen Stornierung zu prüfen, alleinige telefonische Stornierungen werden nicht akzeptiert.
Umbuchungen eines gebuchten Termin sind bis 7 Tage vor Datum des ursprünglich gebuchten Termins möglich. Ein späteres Umbuchen ist nur unter den o.g. Stornierungsbedingungen möglich.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations of activities booked and paid for online, the costs for accepting the online payment will be charged regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made. This currently amounts to 2.39% of the payment amount plus the portal operator's booking fee of €0.35.
For cancellations up to 14 days before the date of the booked activity, no further cancellation fees will be charged. From 14 days before the date, 50% of the price will be retained or invoiced as a cancellation fee. For cancellations 48 hours or less before the start of the activity or in case of no-show, 100% of the price will be retained or invoiced. Cancellations must be made in writing and can be sent by email to info@bertablock.de. Cancellation by telephone is not sufficient; it can be made in addition to check that the written cancellation has been received in good time, but cancellations made by telephone alone will not be accepted.
Rebookings of a booked appointment are possible up to 7 days before the date of the originally booked appointment. Later rebookings are only possible under the above cancellation conditions.
