Are you looking to try out a sport that not only challenges your muscles but also boosts your flexibility and mental strength? Then our Bouldering Trialcourse is just the thing for you.
In this beginner-friendly course, experienced coaches will guide you through the basics of bouldering. You’ll get helpful tips and tricks to enjoy your first successes on the wall.
We’ll kick things off with a short warm-up and an introduction to key safety aspects, like how to fall and land properly. Then it’s time to hit the wall, where you’ll try out some essential movement techniques and climbing basics.
You’ll also get a glimpse into our different difficulty levels and learn the lingo of the bouldering world: What’s a sloper? What do climbers mean by crimp? And what on earth is a dyno?
If you’ve still got some energy left, you’re welcome to keep climbing, explore more routes, and stretch your fingers on the wall.
